What it does

The idea is simple. When an enquiry arrives and you can’t get to it, something answers — properly, in a normal conversation, not a robot reading a menu. It finds out who they are, what they need and how to reach them. Then it hands that to you in a form you can act on.
You keep the customer relationship. You just stop losing the ones you never knew about.
Who it’s for
Small businesses where the person doing the work is also the person answering the phone.
Trades, in particular — electricians, plumbers, joiners, roofers — where you physically cannot take a call with your hands full. Also groomers, salons and other appointment-led businesses where enquiries arrive all day while you’re with a customer.
Where this actually is, plainly. It’s being built and tested right now. It is not finished, it is not on sale, and there is no launch date — if there were, it would be on this page.
